Job Description
- Design and develop AIdriven solutions using generative AI models and machine learning frameworks.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify use cases and integrate AI capabilities into business workflows.
- Architect scalable and efficient AI solutions on cloud and onpremise infrastructures.
- Ensure AI models are optimized for performance costefficiency and ethical AI principles.
- Guide development teams in implementing AIpowered applications and APIs.
- Stay updated on advancements in generative AI NLP computer vision and deep learning.
- Ensure compliance with AI governance security and data privacy standards.
- Document AI architecture best practices and implementation strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science AI Data Science or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect specializing in AI/ML and generative AI.
- Expertise in AI frameworks (TensorFlow PyTorch Hugging Face etc..
- Strong knowledge of LLMs NLP computer vision and deep learning techniques.
- Experience with cloud AI services (AWS Sagemaker Azure AI Google Vertex AI).
- Proficiency in programming languages like Python and familiarity with AI model finetuning.
- Strong problemsolving and communication skills to interact with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field. Extensive experience 10+ years) in IT, data science, CXO position in technology, with a proven track record of leading and delivering successful data and IT initiatives. Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and data visualization techniques. Strong knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance regulations. Experience in the financial services industry is highly preferred. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to influence and collaborate with senior executives and business stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Passion for data and AI and its potential to transform the banking industry.
