Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic resultsdriven Sales Consultant to join a leading provider of reward and recognition solutions. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a passion for consultative sales excellent communication skills and a strong ability to understand and address client needs.


Role Overview:

The Sales Consultant will be responsible for engaging with clients to identify their reward and recognition requirements developing tailored solutions and driving customer satisfaction. This role requires a proactive consultative sales approach and the ability to build longterm client relationships.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage and network with HR professionals to drive business growth.
  • Develop new business opportunities through lead generation and prospecting.
  • Utilize social media and LinkedIn marketing to expand reach and build relationships.
  • Present customized reward and recognition solutions to meet client needs.
  • Drive sales and business development initiatives in the Cape Town area.
  • Meet with clients to assess their reward and recognition objectives.
  • Develop customized incentive solutions based on client needs.
  • Present proposals and solutions to potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic selling.
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless solution delivery.

Experience working with the HR community is essential! We re looking for a selfmotivated individual who takes the initiative to generate leads build a strong pipeline and contribute to business growth.







Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales consulting preferably in the rewards and recognition or HR solutions industry.
  • Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Selfmotivated resultsdriven and capable of working independently or within a team.
  • Experience in selling HR SaaS solutions is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with HR decisionmakers and their key challenges when implementing SaaSbased solutions.
