Job Description
As a Bilingual Real Estate Foreclosure Caller you ll play a pivotal role in our client s mission to assist homeowners facing financial difficulties. This position offers a unique blend of real estate knowledge customer service excellence and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on people s lives. You ll be at the forefront of client communication utilizing your bilingual skills in English and Spanish to connect with a diverse range of homeowners. Your role will involve explaining complex situations with clarity and empathy gathering crucial information and guiding clients towards potential solutions. Responsibilities
- Conduct highvolume outbound calls to homeowners facing foreclosure communicating fluently in both English and Spanish
- Explain the foreclosure process with clarity and empathy offering tailored assistance options to each potential client
- Gather and document essential information about homeowners situations and mortgage details using our stateoftheart CRM system
- Identify opportunities to book appointments or transfer calls to specialized sales agents when appropriate
- Maintain a high level of customer service treating each interaction with professionalism and compassion
- Meet and exceed daily call volume targets and conversion goals
- Stay updated on foreclosure laws real estate trends and company offerings to provide accurate and helpful information
- Collaborate with the legal and real estate teams to ensure comprehensive client support
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance your skills and knowledge in the real estate and foreclosure prevention fields
Requirements
- Fluency in both English and Spanish with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages
- Previous experience in sales customer service or a related field preferably in a highvolume call center environment
- Strong phone presence with the ability to build rapport quickly and handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism
- Basic understanding of real estate or mortgage processes (preferred but not required)
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software
- Ability to work fulltime 3540 hours per week) in a fastpaced environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Resilience and adaptability to handle challenging conversations and meet performance targets
