Job Description

Base location will change based on location of successful candidate.
Job Summary:
This position is in place to help implement and ensure the No Wrong Door Model within Northwest Minnesota which encompasses a 9county region. Within the respectable counties this position administers trainings participates/runs protocol and task force meetings is a point of reference for consults and referrals runs youth prevention groups and establishes/maintains community partnerships.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Social Work or a related field plus 1 year of experience working with youth or an associates degree in a related field plus 5 years of experience working with youth.
- Drivers license and insurance required.
- Must have knowledge of adolescent development and a high comfort level discussing sexuality.
- Working knowledge of MN Safe Harbor/No Wrong Door Model.
- Ability to prioritize and manage a large and diverse workload.
