NiX is looking for an Senior or Lead AI/ML Engineer
Our Client is an awardwinning global tax services and software provider and is the largest Firm in the world dedicated exclusively to business taxes. With global headquarters in Dallas Texas the Firm provides an integrated suite of federal state local and international tax services on a multijurisdictional basis including tax recovery consulting advocacy compliance and technology services.
Project description:
The project aims to build an application that will leverage AI and ML models to support decisionmaking for tax consultancy.
Responsibilities:
- Leading the design development optimization and deployment of cuttingedge artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) models that solve complex business problems and enhance operational efficiency.
- Driving innovation in AI/ML technologies.
- Building scalable models and integrating them into production environments.
- Working crossfunctionally with teams across data science engineering and business to deliver impactful AI/ML solutions.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience as ML engineer
- Expertise in machine learning algorithms
- Experience developing Python applications
- Experience in using Azure cloud: Azure ML Azure Document Intelligence Databricks
- Fluency in one or more databases preferably relational (SQL) and NoSQL is a plus
- Handson experience with technologies like MLFlow
- Experience using at least one of the following frameworks: TensorFlow PyTorch Keras XGBoost Scikitlearn and MLFlow
- Experience with at least one of NLP solutions for example NLTK BERT GPT
- Extensive theoretical knowledge of software engineering
- Strong analytical and creative problemsolving skills
- Willingness to grow skills and capabilities
- Excellent communication skills
