We are looking for a Director of Product Marketing to lead a team of product marketing managers and ensure our products are positioned launched and adopted successfully in the market.
This role sits at the intersection of product marketing and sales requiring a highagency individual who can align gotomarket efforts with product and business goals.
As the leader of the Product Marketing function you will own the strategy for positioning messaging and gotomarket planning across Funnels portfolio of products. You will work closely with the VP of Product other product directors and marketing and sales leadership to drive alignment and amplify the success of our offering.
Key Responsibilities
Establish a compelling positioning of our different product areas as well as in the wider Marketing Intelligence category
Set the messaging around our products differentiated value proposition in a way that resonates with our target audiences
Plan and lead product and feature releases collaborating with product management marketing and revenue teams to ensure successful adoption and business impact
Drive market research and customer feedback initiatives to understand needs and the competitive landscape and ensure market relevance
Partner with product managers to align on product roadmaps and ensure seamless communication between teams
Work closely with the sales enablement team to equip the revenue teams with tools training and resources to position and sell Funnels products effectively
Lead and coach a highperforming team of product marketing managers fostering a culture of collaboration impact and customer focus
We Believe You Have:
Proven track record of leading successful gotomarket strategies and launching products that customers love and that achieve significant business impact
8 years of experience in product marketing or related roles in a highgrowth environment
Experience leading and growing a highperforming team of product marketing managers
Exceptional storytelling and communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into simple compelling narratives
Strong analytical mindset with a datainformed approach to decisionmaking
Deep understanding of customer personas market dynamics and competitive analysis
Experience working with crossfunctional teams including product management engineering marketing and sales
A plus if you have experience in digital marketing or data analytics

This role is based in our Stockholm office. At Funnel we embrace an officefirst approach working onsite at least four days a week. While we offer plenty of flexibility for lifes events summer months and holidays we aim to avoid fixed remote workdays.
