Job Description
A thriving school in Hemel Hempstead is looking for an experienced Year 6 Teacher to join their team from September 2025. This is a great opportunity for a dedicated teacher to help prepare students for their transition to secondary school.

- Planning and delivering engaging lessons that prepare Year 6 students for SATs and their transition to secondary school.

- Working closely with colleagues to ensure a seamless transition for students from Key Stage 2 to secondary school.
What Were Looking For:
- QTS and experience teaching in Key Stage 2 especially Year 6.
- Strong knowledge of the Year 6 curriculum and SATs preparation.
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
