About this role
TFS HealthScience is a leading global midsize Contract Research Organization (CRO) that partners with biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies throughout their entire clinical development journey. Our expertise includes full service capabilities resourcing and Functional Service (FSP) solutions.
The Clinical Operations Manageris responsible for line managing dedicated group of staff such as Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) and/or Clinical Trial Associatesand is responsible for planning and utilization of staff resources objective setting and performance followup.
Additional Information
This role is a directhire for a company in the pharmaceutical industry.
It is a hybrid role with 3 days per week working on site in their office located in thenorth of London.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership of dedicated group building the team spirit developing team style and behavior.
- Ensures adequate resources for the studies assigned.
- Ensures that the workload of direct reports is adequate.
- Development and performance management of direct reports.
- Coaches the direct reports on a regular basis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in related discipline preferably in life science or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Development Operations (CRA / SrCRA) or other related fields.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Project management experience
- Good knowledge of relevant local and international regulations.
- Desirable: experience in working in the pharmaceutical industry.
