Work Location
This is a hybrid role in Trevose PA. The role cannot be preformed remotely. The only location were hiring for this role is Trevose PA.
Job Description
The Senior Financial Analyst in the Global FP&A department support the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) leaders with global analysis for a $3B global industrial water business.
In this role you will provide support to various leaders of the Organization with monthly quarterly annual and ad hoc financial reports. Analyst will also be responsible for the development of the annual budget forecast submission roadmap to achieve the budget targets and actively contribute during the close process.
Responsibilities:
- Assist FP&A Senior Manager with annual budget process monthend close P&L consolidation and monthly management reporting
- Partner with business leaders and provide them business support through detailed analysis of spend across Functions cost categories headcounts and T&E report and Vendors
- Support in the creation of initiatives to achieve the budget targets drive efficiencies and financial performance
- Review interpret and provide detail commentary on the financial results
- Support with data extract cleaning and analysis for various functions and HQ
- Create Ad hoc reports as requested by Senior Leadership
- Obtain journal entries and supporting documentation from various financial reporting systems
- Utilizes different systems and tools (SAP Blackline Tableau) to perform FP&A activities
- Provide trend and analysis with detail commentary to Senior Leadership
- Reporting of actuals submission of projections KPIs metrics and variance analysis.
- Preparation of accruals and posting of journal entries.
- Ad hocs as assigned.

Qualifications :
Education & Experience
Required:
- Bachelors degree in finance or accounting
- 45 years experience in finance or accounting
- Demonstrated growth in professional experience
- FP&A expert
- SAP experience
Preferred:
- Preferred global experience
