The IT Event and Executive Engagement Specialist responsible for managing the of highquality events and executive engagements. This role will work closely with the Senior Manager to ensure seamless event operations from planning to and provide technical expertise in video production. The Lead Specialist will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders oversee technical setups and mentor junior team members.

Essential Functions:
- Event Planning and :
- Lead the planning and of events including live streaming and video production.
- Develop detailed event plans timelines and checklists to ensure all logistical elements are covered.
- Coordinate with internal teams vendors and venues to ensure all technical requirements are met.
- Ensure all events meet the organizations quality and branding standards.
- Technical Coordination:
- Oversee the setup and operation of AV equipment including cameras microphones mixers and lighting.
- Act as the primary point of contact for eventrelated technical issues and troubleshooting.
- Ensure technical readiness for all events conducting preevent checks and rehearsals.
- Manage live streaming platforms ensuring smooth and uninterrupted streaming during events.
- Team Leadership:
- Mentor and support junior team members providing guidance and training as needed.
- Foster a collaborative and highperformance culture within the team.
- Delegate tasks effectively ensuring team members understand their roles and responsibilities.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with Executive IT and other internal stakeholders to ensure seamless event operations.
- Coordinate with external vendors to manage budgets vendor contracts and servicelevel agreements (SLAs).
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders providing regular updates on event progress and any potential issues.
- PostEvent Analysis:
- Conduct postevent evaluations gathering feedback from stakeholders and attendees.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance future events.
- Prepare detailed reports on event performance including metrics on attendance engagement and technical performance.
- Technical Expertise:
- Extensive experience in event operations and video production.
- Proficiency in live streaming platforms (YouTube Live Facebook Live Twitch Zoom Microsoft Teams).
- Strong technical skills with video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro Final Cut Pro).
- Familiarity with industry standards such as:
- Video Codec Standards: H.264 H.265
- Audio Standards: AAC Dolby Digital
- Streaming Protocols: RTMP HLS DASH
- Resolution Standards: HD Full HD 4K
- Production Tools: Adobe Premiere Pro Final Cut Pro Avid Media Composer
- AV Equipment: Cameras (DSLR Mirrorless Cinema) Microphones Mixers Lighting Equipment

Qualifications :
Basic Qualifications
- 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters MBA JD MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications
- 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters MBA JD MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
- Bachelors degree in Event Management Communications Media Production or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in event operations and video production.
- Proven track record of managing highprofile events.
- Experience working with executive teams and managing vendor relationships.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 510 of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk communicate in person and by telephone frequently operate standard office equipment such as telephones and computers.
