- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including engineers designers and marketers to bring features to life that enhance our sales processes efficiency transparency and convenience.
- Lead the entire product development lifecycle from ideation and requirement gathering to design feature prioritization sprint management and adoption leveraging internal software engineering resources.
- Develop a deep understanding of our inhouse CRM and its connected products ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
- Own the product roadmap including its definition prioritization backlog management specification building and product rollout strategy in collaboration with your team.
- Bridge the gap between business and technical teams to deliver effective solutions and enable fast iterations.
Qualifications :
- 2 years as a Product Manager in Agile software development (Project Managers transitioning to product roles or Scrum Masters are welcome).
- Experience with sales tooling and CRM systems (B2B experience is an advantage).
- Strong communicator adept at conveying ideas to technical and nontechnical audiences.
- Proven leadership in iterative software development with skills in problemsolving troubleshooting team motivation and conflict resolution.
- Datadriven decisionmaker skilled in using metrics to validate assumptions design experiments and analyze results.
