WHAT YOULL DO
Customer
- Utilize customer fashion competitor and selling insights to develop the best Customer offer
- Contribute with fit size and body focused expertise to the target Customer description
Goals & Strategies
- In line with BU and function goals be responsible for the fit and size strategy for the section/department/category
- Based on selling customer insights surrounding and competitor analysis Identify and act on fit & size opportunities
- Set a strategy to achieve the desired fit and size offer. Act on design goal with inclusiveness and diversity in mind
Components Product & Assortment
- Create secure and use preworked material and components in an efficient and sustainable way for your section/department/category and products
- Communicate section/category/department specific information to production e.g. fitting guidelines grading charts technical and quality instructions
- Responsible for diversity in fit/silhouette and consistency in size
- Set timeline and agenda for fit and size process in line with the Section/category/department
- Main responsible for creating the desired silhouette and at the same time maintain a good fit in all sizes
- Main responsible for creating updating and communicating a fit and size technical package based on customer strategy product type and timeline
- Main responsible for fit at fitting sessions. Decide what we need to see and what we need to communicate to production to achieve the right fit and silhouette
- Main responsible for construction efficiency and responsible for consumption and product profitability. Choose suitable finishing and making solution together with production and/or supplier.
- Work in close collaboration with production and supplier and drive the completion of the product
Sell Plan & Buy
- Give input on consumption efficiency and find opportunities in reaching target price and product vision during the quotation process General Information
- Give input on suitable size offer during the product development
Leadership & Process
- Selfmotivated and take ownership to learn and develop improved way of working
- Responsible to support and lead the junior Pattern makers
- Lead with your expertise. Develop and coach your colleagues and junior pattern makers

Qualifications :
WHO YOU ARE
Education
- Bachelors degree in related field such as formal education in pattern making or fashion design.
Skills
- Customer centric mindset with clear understanding of the target customer(s)
- Welldeveloped skills to combine free design with rules to achieve the desired product
- Welldeveloped pattern maker skills.
- Knowledge of developing and securing fit in a variety of product types in all sizes
- Knowledge of sewing techniques finishes and technical solutions
- Knowledge of material and trim characteristics and how they affect fit and silhouette
- Strong technical skills to complete the technical package for production/suppliers
- Indepth knowledge of the ready to wear process and how it affects y our way of working
- In depth knowledge of body and grading
- Understanding of the production process and how garments are made
- Good competence in CAD PLM office 365 and 3D programmes
- Demonstrated communication and collaboration skills
Experience
- 35 years work experience withing pattern making
