Who You Are:
- At least two years Employee/People Relations experience (may consider equivalent HR education ER experience)
- Some knowledge of federal state local/provincial US and Canadian employment laws and regulations
- Proven track record in developing revising and implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Demonstrated commitment to human rights advocacy within the workplace.
- Proven experience in designing implementing and managing comprehensive occupational health and safety programs

Compensation: salary range is $ 86804 $ 97655 annually**
