You will be updated with latest job alerts via email Communicate closely with VIPclients through various communication channels: Viber Telegram WhatsApp incoming calls online chats and email;
Analyze customer complaints and suggestions monitoring of their actions search for opportunities to improve customer experience;
Analyze customer account and create an activation plan for each individual customer;
Performs daily analysis of client activity and its reactivation;
Work with significant deposits/withdrawals of VIP and preVIP clients;
Work on increasing the amount of deposits/turnovers of VIP clients;
Deal with unsuccessful deposits/withdrawals;
Work on group and individual performance indicators.
Qualifications :
Ability to work at night shift;
Experienced in customer service/sales from 1 year;
English at least Intermediate;
PC skills (Word Excel and other programs);
Knowledge of the process of successful cooperation with clients experience patiently and actively listening to the client;
Sociability and independence attention to detail organization and multitasking.
