Job Description

Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a cybersecurity solutions provider in Bengaluru India. Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager with expertise in SOC and MDR services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales business development and client relationship management within the cybersecurity industry. This role will focus on identifying new business opportunities maintaining client relationships and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and expand the companys SOC and MDR services.
Conduct market research network and generate leads to identify and engage potential clients.
Establish and nurture strong client relationships by understanding their cybersecurity requirements and delivering customized solutions.
Work closely with the technical team to gain indepth knowledge of SOC and MDR offerings and effectively communicate their value to clients.
Stay informed on emerging trends and advancements in cybersecurity particularly in SOC and MDR to provide clients with innovative solutions
Represent the company at industry events conferences and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and expand business opportunities.
Prepare and present regular reports on sales activities pipeline progress and revenue forecasts to senior management.


Requirements

Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing Computer Science or a related field.
At least 10 years of experience in business development or sales within the cybersecurity industry specializing in SOC and MDR services.
Deep understanding of cybersecurity concepts technologies and market trends.
Demonstrated success in building and maintaining client relationships while driving sales growth.
Excellent skills in communication negotiation and presentations.
Highly selfmotivated resultsdriven and capable of working independently or collaboratively within a team.
Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
