For our client a hotel in Co. Galway Ireland we are looking for an experienced Accommodation Manager.

Candidate information/requirements:
- The ideal candidate will have at least three years of work experience as an Accommodation Manager in a similar property managing a team of over 15 employees.
- The ability to motivate people delegate tasks and work as part of a team
- High level of attention to detail and standards of cleanliness
- Working knowledge of Hot Soft or similar room systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- An advanced level of English is required
About the job:

- Permanent fulltime position;
- If moving to Ireland from abroad you will be provided with permanent accommodation for 450 € per month for a single private room in shared accommodation close to hotel. Utilities are included in the cost (only electricity is paid).
- Salary after tax in Ireland for this Accommodation Manager role will be 2.800 € net per month 40 000 € gross; before tax per year) on 40 hours per week (overtime is possible);
- Your duties will be: managing all functions of the housekeeping department ensuring a high standard of cleanliness in all hotel areas controlling a budget and finances managing stock levels and ordering supplies effectively recruiting and managing employees and overall equipment and maintenance controlling.
