Job Description
Job Title: Commercial HVAC/R Service Technician
- 8hour shifts
- Oncall rotation (nights/weekends/holidays)
- Overtime and weekends as neededWork Location: Inperson (Eastern MA)

We re seeking experienced HVAC/R Service Technicians to diagnose repair and maintain commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems. If you re a detailoriented problem solver with a strong mechanical aptitude we want you on our team!
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC/R systems including refrigeration units ice machines water pumps compressors air handlers and electric motors.
- Perform preventative maintenance to ensure optimal system performance and minimize downtime.
- Complete service reports and paperwork accurately and on time.
- Travel throughout Eastern MA as needed to service customer locations.
- Maintain professionalism and excellent customer service while onsite.
- Other related duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of HVAC/R service experience (commercial preferred).
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent customer service and relationshipbuilding abilities.
- Selfmotivated detailoriented and professional.
- Ability to work oncall in a rotating schedule (nights weekends and holidays).
- Valid EPA Type II Certification (Required).
- HVAC/R License in the State of MA.
- Clean driver s license (No violations Mandatory).
