Job Description
What Youll Do
Perform a variety of break/fix and light maintenance tasks for restaurant and retail locations
Typical work includes:
- Door & frame repairs
- Light fixture/bulb replacement
- Interior & Exterior carpentry repairs
- Floor and tile repairs & replacement
- Minor drywall and paint touch-ups
- Minor roof leak patching (non-structural)
Respond to daily and scheduled work orders using a mobile work order system
Upload photos document completed work and communicate job status to internal team
Deliver professional service while interacting with restaurant managers and facility reps
Coverage Area
Must reside in or near Nashville TN
Expected to service locations within up to 90 minutes driving distance
Required Qualifications
3 years of experience in general maintenance facility repair or similar trades (e.g. carpentry doors light electrical tile etc.)
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
Ability to diagnose problems and complete repairs independently
Comfortable using mobile apps to receive track and close work orders
Strong communication and professionalism with clients on-site
Additional Qualifications (Not Required but Preferred)
Experience servicing restaurants or retail chains
Familiarity with work order systems (ServiceChannel Fexa Ecotrak Corrigo etc.)
Basic knowledge of OSHA/safety compliance in a field setting
