Location: Barcelona Catalonia Spain Fulltime DACH

Purpose of the Role:

As a Business Development Representative you will identify promising sales opportunities profile prospective customers discover their needs and drive new business through various outbound campaigns.

In this role youll connect with businesses to help them work faster and smarter while innovating. As the first point of contact for hundreds of companies you will build enthusiasm qualify their business needs and route them to the most appropriate sales path.

Youll work towards individual sales targets while being part of a larger team focused on expanding the customer base across EMEA. This phonebased role involves interacting with customers primarily through outbound calls.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree OR equivalent practical experience.
  • Native level of German.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • Some experience in outbound sales B2B sales or business development ideally within the IT industry.
  • Familiarity with cloud computing concepts particularly Google Cloud Platform solutions.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to connect customer needs with solutions.
  • High level of integrity interpersonal skills and professionalism.
  • Comfortable working in a quotadriven phone environment.
  • Essential computer skills for navigating and operating in a techdriven environment.

Desirable:

  • At least one year of experience in IT outbound sales prospecting.
  • Proven track record in cold calling and managing a large portfolio of accounts and contacts.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
  • Ability to identify decisionmakers and stakeholders effectively in a business conversation.
  • A resultsdriven confident proactive and competitive mindset.
  • Familiarity with the local market and business environment.

  • Fulltime 39 hours per week) position Monday to Friday.

    • Base salary: 25440 gross/year.
    • Performance bonus: Up to 6360 gross/year.
