Theyre looking for a Head of Performance to take their growth to the next level.
As Head of Performance you will lead entire paid acquisition and performance marketing strategy ensuring profitable scaling and sustainable customer acquisition. You will manage highspend campaigns optimize funnels and drive innovation in performance marketing while leading a small focused team.
89 Figure DTC Brand Experience: Proven success in highvolume paid acquisition for major U.S. DTC brands.
ExpertLevel Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Advertising Skills: Advanced knowledge of Metas Ads Manager scaling and optimization techniques.
HighSpend Campaign Management: Comfortable handling $50K$100K/day ad spend profitably.
DataDriven & Analytical Mindset: Strong grasp of tracking attribution models and performance metrics.
CRO & Funnel Optimization: Experience in landing page optimization checkout flows and upsell testing.
Team Leadership & CrossFunctional Collaboration: Experience managing performance teams and working with creative & retention teams.
Adaptability & Resilience: Ability to pivot quickly in response to market changes and platform updates.
ROAS & CPA: Scale daily ad spend while maintaining strong ROAS and efficient CPA. New Customer Growth: Increase profitable new customer acquisition volume.
Funnel Conversion Rates: Improve key funnel metrics through datadriven optimization.
