Role: Marquee Foreman
Location: Tonbridge Kent
Seasonal Position May September
Join Our Team!
We build the best marquees in the UK and we need a solid leader to help bring them to life at events across the season. If youre a handson Marquee Foreman who knows how to get a team moving and enjoys the buzz of setting up incredible event spaces this role could be perfect for you!
What Youll Be Doing:
- Leading the team in setting up and dismantling marquees for weddings festivals and corporate events.
- Training and mentoring newer crew members making sure they learn the ropes.
- Keeping an eye on equipmentmaking sure its in good shape and ready to go.
- Working closely with the management team to keep things running smoothly.
- Ensuring health and safety standards are met onsite.
- Adding creative input to make each setup look its best.
- Communicating with team members suppliers and clients as needed.
What Were Looking For:
- Experience in marquee installation especially for highend events.
- Strong leadership skillsyou can motivate a team and keep things organised.
- Attention to detail and problemsolving ability.
- Physically fit and happy to work outdoors in all kinds of weather.
- Flexible and adaptableevery event is different!
- A valid UK driving licence.
