Are you a highly organized and detailoriented professional who thrives in a fastpaced environment Haztech is looking for a Operations Coordinator to support our operations team in delivering toptier healthcare and safety services. This role is crucial in ensuring our fleet facilities and operations run efficiently and effectively.
As an Operations Coordinator at Haztech you will:
Manage Fleet Operations: Oversee vehicle scheduling maintenance inspections and compliance to ensure all fleet assets are operational and safe.
Maintain a Clean & Organized Shop: Ensure the shop and equipment are wellmaintained stocked and ready for deployment.
Support Operations Managers: Assist with scheduling logistics inventory management and coordination of field teams.
Monitor Equipment & Supplies: Track inventory levels order necessary supplies and ensure all gear is in good working condition.
Coordinate Compliance & Documentation: Maintain records for fleet maintenance safety inspections and operational procedures.
Assist with Logistics & Deployment: Ensure smooth mobilization of resources personnel and equipment to project sites.
Other Duties as Required: Support the team in various operational tasks to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
What You Bring to the Table:
Previous experience in operations logistics fleet management or a related field.
Strong organizational and problemsolving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities in a fastpaced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel Outlook Word) and experience with fleet tracking systems is an asset.
A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Ability to lift and move equipment as required.
