Job Description
- Responsible for all food and beverage service operations including Restaurant room service bar and functions.
- Responsible for the venues Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
- Completing monthly beverage stock take
- Mentoring and Managing staff.
About the Restaurant:
- A busy environment catering to Guests and external reservations.
- We have 3 Function rooms and 1 main restaurant open 7 days a week for breakfast lunch and dinner. Breakfast buffet ala carte lunch and ala carte dinner.
- 1 main bar open 7 days a week
Qualifications :
- A natural leader who is able to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a motivated team.
- Ability to be innovative and creative to bringing ideas to life!
- A true passion for Food and Beverage with a drive to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
