Strategic Hire Leadership Development Programme
Belgium / International
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and analytical Strategy Manager to join our Leadership Development Programme for a manufacturing client. This strategic role is designed to accelerate the development of future leaders within the business. Initially you will participate in a rotational programme providing you with a deep understanding of the client s operations including time spent on an international rotation. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of future leaders within the organization.

What s the Role
We are searching for highperforming multilingual postgraduate talents to drive the company forward. Our Leadership Development Programme is a global management training initiative where you will take on real responsibility from day one.
Role Involvement:
The programme is designed as a twoyear Global Management Development Traineeship where you will quickly become involved in a variety of international projects with extensive exposure to senior management. The programme is fastpaced and challenging but you will receive close coaching and mentorship. The programme is structured in four main stages:
12 months as an Account Manager in your home country (Belgium)
3 months working on an Operational Project in your home country (Brussels)
6 months on a Strategic Project in the regional headquarters (Paris)
3 months on an International Strategic Project in another region
80 of management roles are filled by internal candidates offering significant potential for career growth.
Requirements
What You Need:
- You hold working rights for Belgium
- You possess a Master s degree (Economics Business Administration International Management Engineering Marketing or Finance); an MBA is a plus
- You are multilingual fluent in English and either French or Dutch
- You are curious mature assertive and dedicated to learning
- You are a flexible team player with excellent communication and social skills and you inspire others
- You are internationally mobile and open to diverse cultural experiences and the possibility of working abroad
Qualifications:
- Master s degree in Business Economics Management or a related field
- 4 years of strategy work experience
- Ideally you have a background in strategy developed through consulting or an internal strategic role
- An entrepreneurial mindset
- Flexibility and willingness to take on different challenges in various roles
- Strong analytical critical thinking and problemsolving skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment
- Knowledge of leadership development principles is a plus
- Willingness to take on an international role with a placement abroad for 1 year
