Job Description:
  • You will be mainly involved in our SAPrelated projects building strong relationships of trust with customers identifying their issues uncovering their needs and proposing our business solutions
  • Specifically you will be required to communicate with CxOequivalent people talk about the future vision of the customer and identify the gap with the current situation especially customerspecific issues related to global transformation issues common to the customer industry and global issues and to identify the transformation requirements and direction for solving them
  • You will work with crossdepartmental teams (including practice groups and delivery groups) within the company to plan and support mutual understanding indepth exploration of individual themes and consideration of the promotion system necessary for global transformation
  • For existing customers you will be expected to develop and collaborate with key people in various departments to crosssell and indepth exploration of new projects. It is important to create a place for proactive proposals without relying on RFPs
  • You will also be expected to support RFI/RFP in creating new business opportunities in response to this. In the internal proposal review you will involve relevant parties and take the lead in the necessary areas
  • Ultimately sales managers and senior managers will work with our practice teams and delivery teams to achieve sales targets. They will also contribute to the development of young talent within the sales department

  • Maximize account contribution margins through contract negotiations and contract signing and coordinate each contract
  • Build relationships with key customers customer stakeholders and executive sponsors as trusted advisors
  • Provide solutions that meet customer needs and goals in a timely manner
  • Identify areas for improvement to achieve budgets through business expansion proposals for existing customers and customers with few transactions and work hard to achieve goals
  • Clearly communicate progress on weekly/monthly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Prepare reports on account status
  • Consult and cooperate with superiors business teams and internal leaders in a timely manner to smoothly support customers

  • Sales experience at companies or manufacturers that handle intangible products (sales experience in the IT software SI and consulting industries is welcome)
  • Salesoriented with experience in SAP and SI delivery and consulting
  • Able to communicate smoothly with key stakeholders at all levels of the organization including executives and Clevel executives
  • Able to think strategically and act independently such as making proposals to customers and coordinating internally and get others involved
  • Experience using CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) and MS Office (especially MS PowerPoint and MS Excel)
  • Experience providing solutions tailored to customer needs
  • Ability to handle multiple account management projects simultaneously while paying attention to detail
  • Excellent listening negotiation and presentation skills
  • Native Japanese and advanced or higher English proficiency (including reading writing and speaking) (as there will be many opportunities to use English including with clients and inhouse collaboration)
  • Knowledge of SAP and DX
