Specifically you will be required to communicate with CxOequivalent people talk about the future vision of the customer and identify the gap with the current situation especially customerspecific issues related to global transformation issues common to the customer industry and global issues and to identify the transformation requirements and direction for solving them
You will work with crossdepartmental teams (including practice groups and delivery groups) within the company to plan and support mutual understanding indepth exploration of individual themes and consideration of the promotion system necessary for global transformation
For existing customers you will be expected to develop and collaborate with key people in various departments to crosssell and indepth exploration of new projects. It is important to create a place for proactive proposals without relying on RFPs
You will also be expected to support RFI/RFP in creating new business opportunities in response to this. In the internal proposal review you will involve relevant parties and take the lead in the necessary areas
Ultimately sales managers and senior managers will work with our practice teams and delivery teams to achieve sales targets. They will also contribute to the development of young talent within the sales department
