About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst / Project Manager (BA/PM) hybrid professional to lead cross-functional initiatives by driving business analysis requirement gathering stakeholder communication and end-to-end project delivery. You will serve as the bridge between business needs and technical execution to ensure successful outcomes in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand needs define goals and translate them into detailed functional and non-functional requirements.
- Conduct process mapping gap analysis and feasibility studies.
- Develop user stories workflows use cases and other documentation for product or solution development.
- Support QA/UAT efforts by creating test cases and validating deliverables.
Project Management
- Define project scope goals timelines and deliverables in alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain project plans track progress manage risks and resolve issues.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including business units developers designers and third-party vendors.
- Lead project meetings provide regular updates to stakeholders and ensure alignment with business goals.
