The Sales Manager role is instrumental to our stores day-to-day operations responsible for customer retention and profitability of the sales department. We want a candidate that is an expert in solving problems quickly and efficiently.
As a Sales Manager youre highly skilled at hiring motivating and training. Not only are you responsible for driving our team towards success youre also the person who guides them there.

Responsibilities:
- Coach sales team on proper closing techniques through training and active participation
- Maintain profitability of your teams
- Manage all showroom activities
- Hire motivate and monitor the performance of New & Used team Internet Sales team
- Conduct daily and weekly sales and sales training meetings
- Coach both new and experienced sales reps on best practices for improving performance
- Ensure proper follow up of all prospective buyers by developing implementing and monitoring a CRM system
- Establish delivery procedures
- Ensure delivery includes an introduction to the service department and scheduling of the first service appointment
- Forecast goals and objectives for sales gross and key expenses on a monthly and annual basis
Qualifications:
- Automotive sales management experience is required
- High ethical standards and strong attention to details
- Excellent customer service communication and decision-making skills
- Computer proficient a good work ethic and professional appearance
- Able to prioritize tasks and have good time management skills
- Valid drivers license
