Job Description
POSITION: Accounting Manager
LOCATION: Ann Arbor MI.
WORK TYPE: FULLTIME ONSITE
Position Summary:
A growing manufacturing company in the Ann Arbor MI area is seeking a detailoriented Accounting Manager to oversee key financial operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized selfmotivated and proficient in accounting systems. This position will also handle some HR functions for the company.
Please note that this is a fulltime onsite position. This is not a remote or hybrid work opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts receivable including making collection calls.
- Reconcile invoices identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy.
- Process and enter accounts payable invoices into the ERP system.
- Prepare and execute weekly check runs.
- Handle bank deposits and cash receipts.
- Reconcile employee expense reports.
- Support financial reporting and other accounting tasks as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
- 35 years professional accounting experience preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Previous experience with HR is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong data entry skills and accuracy.
