What Youll Do:
Source and engage top candidates for EU BPO roles
Post job vacancies and actively search for talent online
Conduct prescreenings and firstround interviews
Ensure an outstanding candidate experience
What Were Looking For:
Fluent in Dutch or Flemish strong English skills
At least 6 months of recruitment or HR experience
Techsavvy & skilled in digital sourcing
Availability: Minimum 20 hours per week
Proactive adaptable and a great communicator
