Quality Manager Automotive Manufacturing
Location: Windsor Ontario
Salary: $120000 CAD Benefits
Are you a Quality Manager with a strong background in automotive manufacturing We are working with a leading Tier 1 & 2 supplier that is looking to add an experienced professional to their team in Windsor Ontario. If you have a proven track record of leading quality initiatives driving process improvements and ensuring compliance with industry standards this role could be for you.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Lead quality assurance and control processes across the manufacturing site
- Maintain and improve IATF 16949 & ISO 9001 certifications
- Oversee internal and external audits customer quality concerns and compliance requirements
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency
- Work closely with crossfunctional teams including engineering production and supply chain
- Manage a team of quality professionals providing leadership and mentorship
What Were Looking For:
- 5 years of experience in quality management within automotive manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of IATF 16949 ISO 9001 APQP PPAP FMEA and SPC
- Experience leading customer audits and handling supplier quality issues
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing a team
- A proactive mindset with strong problemsolving abilities
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Quality Management or a related field preferred
