Job Description

We are looking for a Virtual Receptionist to handle client communication and assist with case management for our legal team. This role requires a professional with excellent communication skills attention to detail and the ability to manage client interactions efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer and manage incoming calls emails and client inquiries.
  • Schedule appointments meetings and consultations.
  • Assist with client intake and gather necessary case details.
  • Maintain and update case files and client records.
  • Track important deadlines court dates and followups.
  • Provide general administrative support to the legal team.
  • Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in all communications.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a receptionist legal assistant or in a clientfacing role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management software.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a remote setting.
  • Professional demeanor and excellent customer service skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Matric (Grade 12 Essential
  • Legal Secretary or Paralegal Diploma Advantageous
  • Experience with legal case management software (e.g. Clio LexisNexis AJS)
