The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven BDR Manager to lead and develop our Business Development Representative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building a highperforming team driving outbound sales strategies and ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified leads for the sales team. This role requires strong leadership coaching and strategic planning skills to optimize prospecting efforts and drive revenue growth.

What Youll Do:

  • Lead mentor and manage a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to exceed pipeline generation targets.

  • Develop and implement effective outbound sales strategies to increase prospect engagement.

  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics providing insights to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align outreach strategies with business objectives.

  • Provide ongoing training and coaching to improve cold calling email outreach and social selling techniques.

  • Ensure the team effectively utilizes CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot) to track activities and optimize workflows.

  • Establish and refine BDR playbooks scripts and cadences for lead generation and qualification.

  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance conversion rates.

  • Foster a positive and motivated team culture recognizing achievements and driving professional development.

  • Stay informed on industry trends market dynamics and competitor activities to refine prospecting strategies.

What Were Looking For:

  • Proven experience in business development sales or lead generation management preferably in the ecommerce industry within a startup environment.

  • Strong leadership and coaching skills with a track record of scaling BDR teams.

  • Excellent communication negotiation and relationshipbuilding abilities.

  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g. Salesforce Hubspot) and sales automation tools.

  • Datadriven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and optimize performance.

  • High energy selfmotivated and passionate about developing future sales leaders.

  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced highgrowth environment.

  • Availability to work during US Pacific Timezone.
