Im currently partnering with an innovative fintech company in the B2B Payment space based in Barcelona & London but operating worldwide.
Im looking for a Sales Manager with experience selling SaaS or payment solutions to the B2B Travel Industry. Youll be responsible for leading long and consultative sales cycles engaging with CEOs CFOs and Treasurers of travel companies and leveraging trade shows and industry events to build strategic relationships and close highvalue deals.
Tasks
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan focused on growing business within the B2B Travel Industry (travel agencies OTAs airlines tour operators and hospitality groups).
- Identify and engage Clevel decisionmakers building longterm relationships and guiding them through complex financial solutions.
- Consult with clients on FX risk management virtual payments and automated treasury solutions demonstrating how these tools enhance profitability and cash flow.
- Own a long sales cyclefrom first contact to negotiation and closing ensuring a deep consultative approach tailored to each clients needs.
- Leverage trade shows industry conferences and networking events to generate leads strengthen relationships and position the company as a leader in payment automation for Travel.
- Work crossfunctionally with Product Marketing and Customer Success teams to enhance the customer journey and create impactful sales materials.
Requirements
What Im Looking for in You
- Finance background (degree in Finance Economics Business Administration or similar).
- At least 8 years of experience in B2B sales preferably selling SaaS FX or payment solutions.
- Experience selling to the Travel Industry (B2B travel agencies OTAs airlines or tour operators) is a strong plus.
- Proven ability to manage long sales cycles and engage Clevel executives in enterprise deals.
- Experience engaging with Clevel executives (CEOs CFOs Treasurers) and selling highvalue solutions.
- Experience in trade show engagementability to network represent the company and generate business opportunities at key industry events.
- Strong understanding of FX virtual payments treasury management or travel payments.
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to thrive in a highgrowth dynamic fintech environment.
