Job Summary

We seek a highly skilled and motivated Solutions Architect to join our team in Hyderabad HiTech City. As a Solutions Architect you will be pivotal in designing robust scalable and efficient technical solutions while guiding our developers and engineers. You will work closely with the CTO to define architectural strategies mentor teams and drive the development of Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) in startup environments. The ideal candidate is handson with strong programming and scripting expertise and has deep experience with Docker Kubernetes incident management systems and IT engineering documentation.

• Key Responsibilities: Solution Design & Architecture: Design and architect scalable secure and highperformance software solutions tailored to business needs.
• Define technical strategies and roadmaps for MVP development and fullscale product launches.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• HandsOn Technical Leadership: Provide handson guidance to developers and engineers on coding best practices system design and implementation.
• Lead the adoption and implementation of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) for development testing and production environments.
• Develop and maintain an incident management system to ensure operational resilience and rapid issue resolution.
• Programming & Scripting: Write clean efficient and maintainable code in modern programming languages (e.g. Python Java Go or similar).
• Leverage scripting languages (e.g. Bash PowerShell or Python) to automate workflows and infrastructure tasks.
• Documentation & Use Cases: Create detailed IT engineering use case documentation including system diagrams workflows and technical specifications.
• Document architectural decisions tradeoffs and processes to ensure knowledge sharing across teams.
• Mentoring & Team Building: Mentor and train developers and engineers fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
• Assist in hiring and onboarding technology specialists ensuring alignment with the companys technical vision.
• Startup Environment: Thrive in a fastpaced resourceconstrained startup setting adapting quickly to evolving priorities and challenges.
• Drive innovation and experimentation while maintaining a focus on delivering functional MVPs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience:8 years of experience in software development with at least 3 years in a solutions architecture or technical leadership role.
• Proven track record of working in startup environments and delivering successful MVPs.
• Technical Expertise: Strong programming skills in languages such as Python Java C# Go or similar.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g. Bash Python PowerShell) for automation and tooling.
• Handson experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerized deployments and orchestration.
• Expertise in designing and implementing incident management systems and monitoring tools.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure GCP) and microservices architecture.
• Leadership & Communication: Ability to guide and mentor crossfunctional teams of developers and engineers.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
• Experience creating technical documentation including use cases architecture diagrams and SOPs.
• ProblemSolving: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Comfortable making architectural tradeoffs in resourcelimited environments.
• Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with DevOps practices and tools (e.g. CI/CD pipelines Terraform Helm).
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and startup product development lifecycles.
• Prior experience hiring or building technical teams in a startup setting.
