Reporting to the Group Performance & Procurement Manager youll be the driving force behind datapowered decisionmaking in our Operations & Logistics team! In this dynamic role youll not only analyse and enhance data capture but also transform complex datasets into powerful insights that fuel efficiency cost savings and process optimisation across the organisation.

What you will be doing:
Data Management & Optimisation
- Own and streamline data collection analysis and reporting to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain and enhance key data sources ensuring updates are processed accurately and efficiently.
- Lead data standardization efforts across NPDL creating a shared understanding of critical metrics.
- Develop and document best practices and procedures to enhance data integrity accuracy and sustainability.
DataDriven Analysis & Insights
- Provide powerful analytical support to drive process and performance improvements across multiple teams.
- Utilize data mining and deepdive analysis to uncover key trends identify inefficiencies and propose gamechanging solutions.
- Enhance system integration and data flow ensuring seamless collaboration between teams.
Performance Reporting & Impact Tracking
- Monitor costs inventory and redelivery escalating container delays and providing monthly performance reports.
- Develop and enhance interactive dashboards KPIs and performance tracking tools to improve efficiency and mitigate risks.
- Own the reporting cadencedelivering weekly monthly and quarterly insights with precision and impact.
Operational Support & Project
- Step in during peak periods or team absences to maintain workflow and keep operations running smoothly.
- Play a key role in delivering highimpact projects on time and within scope ensuring crossfunctional collaboration.
Qualifications :
What you will bring to the table:
- A diploma or degree in supply chain or business is a plus but your skills and experience matter most!
- 2 years of handson experience in a similar role ready to make an impact.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skillsyou know how to collaborate and influence effectively.
- Sharp analytical mindset with a talent for building and optimizing KPIs to drive performance.
- Excel wizardry is a must! Bonus points if youre skilled in Power BI and data visualization.
- Proficiency in database management and reporting tools turning raw data into actionable insights.
