About the Role
Sunbytes is looking for a dedicated Office Administrator to ensure smooth daily operations and provide essential administrative support. In this role you will be responsible for managing office facilities coordinating vendor relationships handling contracts and organizing company events. You will play a key role in maintaining an efficient and organized workspace supporting both employees and management.
As an Office Administrator you will collaborate closely with various teams ensuring a seamless office environment while contributing to the overall success of Sunbytes. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a detailoriented and proactive professional to grow within a dynamic and supportive workplace.
Office Administration & Facilities Management:
- Managing and maintaining daily office operations office supplies ensuring office equipment (e.g. printers computers network devices) keeping the workspace clean and organized.
- Coordinate repairs maintenance and servicing of office hardware including IT peripherals air conditioning lighting and other essential office infrastructure.
- Handle officerelated administrative tasks and support overall office management.
Vendor & Contract Management:
- Manage relationships with office suppliers service providers and contractors.
- Prepare review and track officerelated contracts invoices and payments to ensure timely processing.
Meetings Events & Logistics:
- Arrange logistics for internal meetings business travel and other company activities.
- Support the HR department in organizing company events and teambuilding activities.
General Administrative Support:
- Assist in document management including filing and recordkeeping.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the HR Manager (HRM).
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an office administrator personal assistant or related field of administration.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
- Resourceful problem solver and organized multitasker with an eye for details.
- Having welldeveloped organizational & time management skills.
- Proactive and logical thinking; supportive attitude.
- Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g. ecalendars and copy machines).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
