SAP ERP Project Manager (ECC to S/4HANA Migration) (Johannesburg)
We are seeking a highly experienced SAP ERP Project Manager to lead the migration from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA. This role requires deep expertise in SAP implementations strong project management skills and the ability to manage crossfunctional teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a smooth transition to S/4HANA optimizing business processes and delivering the project on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
SAP S/4HANA Migration Leadership
- Lead and oversee the endtoend migration from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Define and manage project scope timelines budgets and deliverables.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders SAP consultants and technical teams to ensure project success.
Project Planning &
- Develop and execute project plans risk management strategies and change management initiatives.
- Coordinate crossfunctional teams including business analysts developers and SAP consultants.
- Ensure compliance with SAP best practices industry standards and governance policies.
Stakeholder & Change Management
- Work closely with business leaders IT teams and external vendors to align project goals with business objectives.
- Manage stakeholder expectations ensuring clear communication and transparency throughout the project.
- Facilitate training and knowledge transfer for endusers and IT teams.
Technical & Functional Oversight
- Oversee SAP data migration system integration and testing phases.
- Ensure seamless integration with existing applications and thirdparty solutions.
- Identify and resolve technical challenges collaborating with SAP architects and developers.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration projects as a Project Manager.
Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA modules Fiori and cloud capabilities.
Expertise in SAP Activate methodology Agile and Waterfall project management frameworks.
Proficiency in SAP data migration system integration and business process reengineering.
Exceptional stakeholder management risk mitigation and leadership skills.
PMP PRINCE2 or SAP certification preferred.
