Location: Uganda
Summary:
An experienced professional needed to strengthen business in Uganda Rwanda Burundi and South Sudan by developing a customer base implementing business strategy and achieving business targets.
Tasks:
Identify new sales prospects and develop strong relationships with existing customers.
Develop and maintain sales materials and product knowledge.
Provide technical advice to customers in the market territory.
Develop inhouse and external specialists customize concepts and ensure effective project and quotation preparation.
Expand market presence in the assigned region.
Understand customer needs and analyze demand for offerings/solutions.
Implement strategic market initiatives proactively sell retrofits and develop market segments related to standard plant solutions.
Build strong stakeholder management at all levels and implement Key Account Management.
Identify and resolve customer concerns and queries.
Ensure client data in CRM is up to date.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Engineering or Business Management.
Higher technical education with further training in Sales is an advantage.
Minimum 8 years of work experience in a similar industry.
Fluent communication skills in English.
Preferred Qualifications:
Good research and analytical skills to identify trends and opportunities.
Organizational skills including effective time and priority management.
Ability to work independently and on own initiative within specified guidelines or processes.
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately.
Strong decisionmaking skills.
