Job Description
Occupli are delighted to exclusively partner with FMCG Multinational in Munster.
We are currently recruiting for a Manufacturing Systems Expert
Main Responsibilities
- Cycle counting checks and stock alignment across all systems
- Organised scheduled stocktakes outside of cycle counts
- Alignment of backflush materials and liaise with master data
- Consumption record verification
- Correction of problem stock
- Crashed errors resolution
- Missing transactions in TKD or other systems
- New SOP/OPL creation.
- Liaise with finance for month end closure. Resolve any issue blocking the month process.
- Investigate production orders with unexpected associated activities or consumptions
- Simulation testing
- Setup and training of new users on manufacturing systems
- Setting up MFG systems for trials.
- Liaise with WISE DANIS GEA.
- Changing WISE master data.
- System administrator: creating forms setting up new plant structures
Requirements
Requirements & Qualifications
- System experience in a manufacturing environment or similar
- Relevant third level qualification
- Proficient in data entry and management
- Use of MS Office tools
- Numerical ability to record interpret and analyse key process data
- Problem solving and troubleshooting skills

Education
