Job Description
We are looking for a Senior System Engineer ECM to be responsible for the system and solution development including planning definition technical architecture and implementation of our Enterprise Content Management (ECM) systems specifically VEEVA Vault Quality Docs while ensuring compliance with GxP processes for system qualification and validation. You will leverage stateoftheart technologies and frameworks to design and develop features and services that ensure our systems and interfaces remain stable efficient secure and effective. As an expert in ECM systems you will provide both technical and organizational support across various areas within the organization. You will also be responsible for efficient collaboration with vendor service management to ensure the delivery of effective services for our global user community. Your technical expertise will be key in architecting and designing innovative solutions that align with the strategic goals of the organization.
Requirements
Hands on experiences in Veeva Vault specifically Vault Quality Docs (Veeva White Belt certified) and development combined with the ability to seamlessly integrate with partner systems. Knowledge of the system and service processes of an IT organization (e.g. ITIL) as well as Computer System Validation (e.g. LeVa GAMP5 principles.
Master s degree in computer science engineering chemistry natural science or Bachelor s degree with multiple years of proven working experience in a related field

Experience in the area of SAP ERP SAP ABAP Debugging and SAP Records Management are a plus
Knowledge of the system and service processes of an IT organization (e.g. ITIL) as well as Computer System Validation (e.g. LeVa GAMP5 principles
Agile mindset driven by openness respect and continuous learning including knowledge in agile methodologies
Strong communication skills including the capability to create and maintain business relations and working with business partners vendors and developers
Excellent skills in English both written and spoken. German would be a plus
