As a Corporate Recruiter you will be responsible for sourcing screening and attracting top talent to fulfill the staffing needs of our organization. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager you will play a critical role in ensuring that we maintain a highquality workforce that aligns with our companys goals and values. The ideal candidate will have a passion for recruiting excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment.
WHAT YOULL DO
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Source candidates through various channels including job boards social media networking events and employee referrals.
Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
Conduct interviews and assess candidates skills experience and cultural fit.
Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Conduct reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates.
Extend job offers and negotiate employment terms with candidates.
Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Assist with other HRrelated tasks and projects as needed.
Qualifications :
WHAT YOULL NEED
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
5 years of experience as a recruiter in full lifecycle recruiting preferably in a corporate environment and supporting manufacturing functions.
Proven success recruiting for a variety of functions and roles.
Strong understanding of fullcycle recruiting processes and best practices.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
Detailoriented and highly organized with a commitment to accuracy and efficiency.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other HR software.
Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
Creative problemsolving skills and a proactive approach to recruitment challenges.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

The salary range for this position is $100000 $120000 per year based on experience qualifications and location. In addition to base compensation this position is eligible to recieve up to 5 annual bonus. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as relevant skills experience and internal equity.
*Fulltime is defined as regularly working 30 hours per week. **Union programs may vary depending on the collective bargaining agreement.
