The Guest Services Coordinator is the initial contact with people who visit and call the ministry. He or she assists in maintaining a Christcentered hospitable safe and secure work environment. In addition to providing a superior guest experience the Guest Services Coordinator possesses detailed knowledge of ministry policies and procedures and performs essential functions as they relate to the accessibility and security of the staff contractors equipment and grounds. This position requires excellent telephone and facetoface communication skills as well as the interpersonal skills to work independently with minimal direct supervision think critically to resolve problems and handle several competing priorities effectively and efficiently.
