Job Description
- Bachelor s or master s degree in computer science.
- 20 years of experience in software development with at least 10 years in software architecture and people management experience.
- 5 years functioning as a global technical leader.
- Strong organizational multitasking and time management skills.
- Great influencer to development teams driving desired outcomes.
- Strong design and presentation skills along with analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
- Design experience with various technologies such as C# .NET Core SQL Server Postgres Java JavaScript Angular ESB Rest APIs Caching
- Ability to interact professionally with leadership support staff and clients.
- Ability to direct and motivate the work efforts of others and handle stressful situations.
- Ability to selfmanage and manage others for multiple project assignments from start to finish.
- Be a good team member fostering an ethical and positive work culture.
