Job Description
DevoteamNPlatform is seeking ambitious and motivated graduates to join our fastgrowing professional services team as Trainee ServiceNow Consultant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Learn and develop technical skills related to ServiceNows various modules and platform capabilities.
- Support customer projects and internal initiatives under the guidance of experienced consultants.
- Complete the ServiceNow certification path and acquire essential platform knowledge.
- Assist in the design implementation and customization of ServiceNow cloudbased solutions.
- Gain handson experience in ServiceNow development using best coding practices.
- Prepare and maintain technical and design documentation as needed.
- Identify and escalate product issues to the project team.
- Participate in regular team meetings training sessions and knowledgesharing activities.
Qualifications :
- Recent graduates with a background in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- Passion for technology cloud solutions and IT service management.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to work in a teamoriented fastpaced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
