Product and customer master information system maintenance and setting.
OTC Process: Order creation logistics coordination order dispatch account receivable and other matters.
Process sales invoice timely after goods delivery to ensure further account receivable process goes on smoothly.
Inventory Management: check stock in&out actions and ensure system data is consistent with physical inventory.
Allocate customer monthly demand quota according to annual contract coordinate production to schedule production according to demand packing material management.
Follow up KA customers orders delivery date verification logistics delivery etc.
Manage the special request of order/customer coordinate with inner/external department to ensure customer requirements can be fulfilled in a timely and accurate manner.
Contract and Rebate Managementcoordination on contract approval process calculate rebate upon contract policy and arrange rebate to customer.

Other tasks assigned by line manager.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in logistic or relevant major.
At least 5 years practical experience of CS role or delivery performance management.
Familiar with ERP system OMS/WMS/TMS logic.
Good communication skills with internal department result oriented customer orientated can work under pressure.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Word PowerPoint.
