As ATLANT 3Ds Head of Marketing you will spearhead our B2B marketing strategy to boost brand visibility generate highquality leads and position our company as a pioneer in atomicscale manufacturing. This role is ideal for a handson marketing leader who thrives in a dynamic startup environment and has proven expertise in content marketing product marketing and AccountBased Marketing (ABM). A strong track record in marketing complex or highly technical productsespecially in nanotechnology semiconductors scientific R&D or deep techis preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Brand Positioning
- Develop and execute a datadriven marketing strategy aligned with ATLANT 3Ds business goals.
- Define ATLANT 3Ds brand positioning and messaging ensuring consistent storytelling across digital channels events and media.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends customer needs and growth opportunities.
- Oversee customer journey mapping optimizing engagement and conversion touchpoints.
Product Marketing & GoToMarket (GTM) Strategy
- Develop compelling product positioning & messaging that clearly communicates ATLANT 3Ds value proposition.
- Lead gotomarket (GTM) strategy including product launches customer education and industry reports.
- Implement competitive intelligence insights to refine messaging and campaigns.
Lead Generation ABM & Digital Performance Marketing
- Develop and execute AccountBased Marketing (ABM) campaigns targeting highvalue prospects in deeptech industries.
- Optimize lead generation and demand capture strategies ensuring efficient conversion funnels.
- Implement SEO PPC and digital performance marketing strategies for lead generation.
- Utilize marketing automation tools (HubSpot Marketo etc. for lead nurturing and pipeline tracking.
Content PR & Thought Leadership
- Lead ATLANT 3Ds content marketing strategy producing highvalue content (blogs whitepapers case studies videos).
- Manage public relations (PR) and media engagement to strengthen ATLANT 3Ds presence in the industry.
- Oversee event & field marketing securing ATLANT 3Ds strong presence at scientific and industrial networking events.
Partnerships & Channel Development
- Identify and manage business partnerships to expand market reach.
- Support business development teams with channel & distributor relationships.
- Lead B2B engagement with key decisionmakers in semiconductors research institutions and industrial R&D.
Performance Analytics & Continuous Optimization
- Establish marketing KPIs and use datadriven insights to refine campaigns.
- Track and optimize customer engagement lead conversion and campaign ROI.
- Leverage analytics platforms and CRM systems to drive marketing efficiency.
Leadership & Team Development
- Build and mentor a highperforming marketing team fostering a culture of .
- Collaborate closely with sales and business development strategic business development product and customer success teams to ensure marketing and sales alignment.
- Manage relationships with external agencies and content creators.
Qualifications & Requirements
MustHave:
- 5 years of experience in B2B marketing for deeptech semiconductor or scientific R&D industries.
- Expertise in content marketing product marketing and ABMdriven lead generation.
- Handson experience in marketing automation (HubSpot Marketo etc. SEO PPC and performance marketing.
- Strong background in market research analytics and datadriven decisionmaking.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to collaborate crossfunctionally.
- Experience in networking at industry events and PR initiatives.
GoodtoHave:
- Experience working with VCbacked startups and scaling marketing teams.
- Understanding of government & institutional funding for marketing collaborations.
- Familiarity with channel and distributor relationship management.
