Qunomedical has partnered with handpicked highquality doctors around the world. On our website patients can find and compare doctors from all over the world for their desired treatment get in touch with us and book their treatment right away. Of course this service is free of charge for the patient. We help patients find the right doctors in the right hospital and make an appointment. Afterwards we are a reliable partner before during and after the treatment.
Located in Berlin Germany we are a team of 30 international entrepreneurial missiondriven and super friendly colleagues. Our company language is English. Now we are looking for Patient Care Managers(f/m/x) based in Berlin or remote fromGermany:
About the role:
- Our value is: Patients first! You are the driver and enabler of this value ensuring patients will always be heard and happy
- You are the backbone and support of our Sales Team responsible for all touch points with our patients and you make sure that each of them gets firstclass guidance and support
- You accompany our patients once a patient has booked their desired treatment with us no sales!
- You are supporting and liaising with our patients and clinic partners answer their questions and build a trustworthy relationship through your empathy and natural charisma
- You love Customer Service and to help and guide customers from their initial booking to all posttreatment related questions
- Youll work closely with colleagues from other teams to translate business needs and product requirements into new solutions for customers
About You:
- Ideally you have 12 years of experience in Customer Service
- Medical knowledge is a plus but not a must; youll receive medical trainings and a lot of help from your experienced teammates
- You have a passion for helping others and strive to make a difference
- Your excellent communication and relationshipbuilding skills come along with organisational talent
- You do not lose your cool even in stressful situations
- You are fluent in English (additional German would be a huge plus!
- You are known for your positive and teamworkoriented mindset
