Job Description
Position Details:

Permanent fulltime position
-
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm
-
Oncall: Average of seven 7 oncall days (evenings/weekends) with weekend telephone triage
-
Patient volume: Varies from 28 patients per day
-
EMR: TruChart
Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: $208000 $241000 (based on experience)

Requirements:
-
Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (REQUIRED)
-
Board Certified in Geriatric Medicine (PREFERRED)
-
Active MA medical license (or willing to obtain)

CDS Certification & DEA Registration (prior to start)
-
Minimum one 1 year experience working with the frail or elderly population (REQUIRED)

BLS Certification (prior to start)
-
Clean malpractice and license history (HIGHLY PREFERRED)

Experience with TruChart EMR (HIGHLY PREFERRED)
