Job Description

Timing   6.30 PM 3.30 AM IST 
Mode of Work Hybrid 3 days Office/2 days Home)

This position is responsible for administering the Clean Earths credit card programs analysing reports and supporting field employees requests. Successful candidate will possess good verbal and written communication skills will be detailoriented.  The candidate must also be proficient in Excel basic data analysis and PowerPoint.  The person must provide a pleasant customer experience in a timely manner for the internal customers.  The person will provide such support in the US Pacific Standard Time and will have a backup to cover other time zones.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Credit Card Programs
  • Managing daytoday administration of Harscos Travel and Entertainment Cards and Purchasing Cards and Clean Earths Driver Expense and Fuel Cards
    1. Issuance of new cards
    2. Termination of cards for exiting employees or employees that transfer to other roles where no card is required
    3. Monitoring past due accounts and coordinating collection activities
    4. Updating profiles as necessary
    5. Performing administrative updates to cards to ensure clean data
  • Run and review reports for abnormal or unauthorized spend
  • Performs analytical work on various reports
  • Create payment reports for cards as required
  • Managing the Clean Earth credit card email inbox
  • Work with various departments to collect data contracts and other documents
  • Escalate issues concerns abnormal/unauthorized spend etc. as necessary

 


Qualifications :

  • The candidate must have a bachelors degree with a minimum of 25 years experience in a similar role with a medium to large professional organization. Preference will be given to candidates who can demonstrate experience in customer service.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and fluency in English are essential.
  • Good command on the English language.
  • Basic computer skills in MS Office accounting software and databases.
  • High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills that allow for effective working relationships with field leaders department leads.
