Job Description

As the Creative Lead you will be responsible for shaping our brand identity marketing campaigns and digital presence. You will direct a team of designers content creators and marketers to develop compelling storytelling visuals and strategies that engage our audience and enhance our market positioning.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute creative strategies for digital and traditional marketing campaigns.

Direct the design and content team to produce highquality graphics videos and promotional materials.

Oversee branding consistency across all social media websites print and advertising materials.

Conceptualize and direct engaging content for student visa work permit and immigration services.

Collaborate with marketing sales and operations teams to create effective leadgeneration campaigns.

Stay updated on trends in digital marketing design and immigration industry developments.

Manage and oversee paid and organic social media strategies (Facebook Instagram LinkedIn YouTube etc..

Analyse performance metrics to refine creative strategies and enhance engagement.

Work with external vendors/agencies when needed for video production branding and digital media campaigns.




Requirements

Education:

Bachelor s in marketing Graphic Design Communications or a related field.

Experience:
Minimum 35 years in a creative leadership role preferably in the education travel or immigration sector.

Skills:

Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator Premiere Pro After Effects etc..

Strong understanding of social media trends branding and digital marketing strategies.



Education: Bachelor s in marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in a creative leadership role, preferably in the education, travel, or immigration sector. Skills: Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.. Strong understanding of social media trends, branding, and digital marketing strategies.
